GM: pre-dinner, April 2013: 95/100 – Hanging over the Blue Mediterranean sea, Paranga is a stunning venue like for this excellent cheese and wine pairing event. The stars of the evening were Mr. Felicien Baty, Bongrain’s cheese expert and the showcased likes of brie and triple creams turned into magical food bites by chef Paul Borg and matching sweet Casella Moscato from Malta.
Musically paired with: Otis Redding – (Sittin’ On) The Dock of the Bay, 1968. There’s something about this song… brings the subtle sting of tears every time.
